The latest issue of Marketing Magazine, the Money Issue, features a case study about one of our most successful projects with RSPCA Queensland: The Surrender Portal.
This project was about designing an efficient solution to solve a costly and distressing issue – the excessive number of pets being surrendered by owners each year. Customer research found that many reasons for pet surrender were preventable which meant we had to equip customers with the right information, at the right time, to successfully intervene.The Surrender Portal is a data-led digital solution that creates contextual answers relevant to each owner, their pet and the reasons for surrender. Since the project has been live, RSPCA QLD have seen a significant decrease in the number of pets being surrendered to its shelters. It’s a customer experience design solution which has saved RSPCA QLD over $800K in the first year!
