As we work on increasingly challenging customer experience problems, it becomes ever more important that we begin the process with the best customer insight and CX strategy. The best insight and strategy come from experience, so this week I’m delighted to announce that Liquid has appointed the very highly regarded Fiona Armstrong, as a new Customer Experience Director.
Fiona is a digital leader with many years’ experience leading government and corporate projects both in Australia and the UK, and has always been passionately focused on putting the user first. For Liquid, having someone who is a customer-focused strategic thinker who also has a deep understanding of the intricacies of government service delivery is incredibly valuable.
Together, Liquid and Fiona have already combined to achieve significant success on many substantial and important Government services projects. This includes the multi-award winning projects My Aged Care and the Queensland Government's NextGen innovation sprints and One Stop Shop project.
With Fiona’s help, the Liquid team can continue delivering complex services to Australians at important life stages and demonstrate how great digital experiences can improve people’s lives.
