Isuzu UTE Australia website recognised for content optimisation

Isuzu UTE Australia and Liquid Interactive have been recognised at the 2020 Sitecore Experience Awards with an Honourable Mention in the Most Intelligent Content Optimisation category (APJ Region).

The website—built on Sitecore and launched in March 2019—has helped Isuzu UTE Australia maintain market share in declining economic conditions.

The website deliberately dials down the hard-sell tactics that are common in the automotive sector. Instead, it goes to great lengths to help people understand the choices they have to make in buying utility vehicles. 

From tiny but significant engineering details delivered through tools like Build & Quote and Compare Models to four-wheel driving tips shot in scenic Australian locations, the website makes it easy for consumers to learn about Isuzu UTE vehicles but also have a clear sense that they are learning a lot at the same time. 

The website leverages various Sitecore features to achieve thispersonalising information both by buying preferences and the stage of the customer’s journey.
